211 Felony at age 13?

Sentensed 2-5 yrs in cya. Got out in 1985 @ age 18 . Had records sealed in 1988 when I was 21. I am now 43. I have never been in trouble again... What are the chances of this showing up in a pre-employment background check. The job is in the non profit sector teaching disabled adults.
