Should I move to the UK from Canada?

Hi, I live outside Toronto, Canada, and I am bored of it! I am thinking of moving to the United Kingdom after university preferably Birmingham, or Glasgow. I have family in London, so I can get a visa. What is the job market like over there? What is shopping and the night life in those cities?
