Is Schizotypal Personality Disorder serious?

Hi. I am 23 years old and live in Glasgow,Scotland. I was recently diagnosed by a psychologist with Schizotypal Personality Disorder. I don't have alot of insight into it. Is it a serious personality disorder?Can i live a normal life?
