Ya he likes you, tell him you want to spend time with him, urge him to go with you and some of his friends and your friends and go out to the mall or something. Once your there spend some personal time with him, make him feel comfortable, and flirt with him. You have to kind of egg him on to make a move and ask you out. Good Luck :)
