Should I ask her out?

I have a lot to tell so please read if you want to be any assistance. I have not known her that long we just met this school year, and after like 3 weeks of knowing her due to idiotic stunts of friends she found out I liked her. Strange thing is instead of avoiding me like I'd expect she came closer to me, and when I denied liking her she said "You know you like me, don't lie to yourself." She began talking to me more, but at the same time she would say weird things like at first she would always say hi and literaly every time i went down the hallway she would be somewhere on my path with a huge smile to say hi. Her friend always says hi to me too. And one time when we were talking and her best friend kept looking at us and laughing. Then later on she would always tell me to calm down and then she would always say "hey when did you get here?" She would say that almost 1000 times a day. After that she stopped saying things and it became her doing things. Ok so i sat right by the pencil sharpener and at least 3 times a class (I begin counting and it was never under 3) she would come to the back and sharpen her pencil which takes about 10 seconds. She would stand there for about a minute then slowly walk back to her seat. Sometimes but not often as she walked back we would exchange smiles and one time she told me i had a nice gleaming smile. So one day I had to go into a room of a class she was in and i was like I'm like i'm going to test this out. So I went to get the bag I was suppose to be getting and went by the pencil sharpener and in about 2 seconds she got up to sharpen her pencil. Then I told her the she was pretty and thats when that pencil sharpener thing started. We switched seats the other day and i guess out of luck she sat behind me. Now she would always say great job whenever I answered a question right. And just yesterday we were taking notes and she said she couldnt see and there is an empty seat by me and it was like a lightbulb came up in both our heads and we both glanced at eachother, but for some reason she took some other guys glasses and claimed they worked on her eyes. Though after a minute she gave them back and moved next to me like i had hoped she would. So the chair was about equal space bewtween me the chair and the person on the other side of the table, and I watched her pull the chair close to me until it was about 1 centimeter away and sat down. Then we took notes but at the same time we were talking.She kept making sure I didn't miss anything and I kept returning the favor. And then she asked me did I understand what we were doing and asked how come im not in honors and then i explained the big incident on why im not in honors. Now while we were talking i noticed she was doing things. Like not to be a perv or anything but she kept stretching out and kind of pulling her shirt back so It was really tight and I could almost perfectly see her boobs (again i'm not a perv but it was hard to not notice). Then she took her shoes off and when she stretched she would brush her feet against my leg. And as she was doing all this she was looking at me and smiling and i just smiled back. After class she asked for a piece of gum so I gave it to her then she said cya later and walked away. So I'm pretty sure there is something going on, but does she like me in the way I want her too? Should I ask her out? So far all the convos we've had she started. So there must be something going on.
