Am i delusional(need advice)?

Hi guys. I am 23 years old and live in Glasgow,Scotland. I am currently on 2mg of Risperidone for auditory hallucinations.The voices have now gone. However i am starting to get a little worried about my beliefs. I am starting to believe them more and more everyday. I believe that the FBI is trying to kill me and controlling my thoughts and actions. I also believe that my family is trying to poison me.I have had these beliefs for about a week now.I don't know what to think. Am i delusional? I see my psychiatric nurse on Monday should i tell her whats been happening?Thanks
