Do you think my psychiatrist will put me on a mood stabiliser?

Hi. I am 23 years old and live in Glasgow,Scotland.I have been hospitalised twice with depression over the last few years.However i had an elevated mood over the last two weeks. I wrote down how i had been feeling. I seen my psychiatric nurse today at home and i showed her what i wrote.She said it sounded alot like hypomania and she is going to speak to my psychiatrist about it.Do you think she will put me on a mood stabiliser?Thanks
