What bank out there is best for consolidating my student loans?

I have like 4 different student loans through sallie mae and i got like $400 in payments all together per month and they will not only not consolidate them but will no longer work with me on lowering payments. Seems like all i do is pay interest anyways! So i just want to find a bank out there to consolidate for me so i only have (ONE) interest rate and (ONE) payment... and I would also like to say CYA to the greedy pricks!
