Which of these places has the best weather: Dublin, Cork, Glasgow, or Edinburgh?

Yes, I know two are in Ireland and two are in Scotland, and not all of them are in the UK but this is the closest category for this question. I'm trying to decide which study abroad program to apply to... don't worry, I won't decide solely based on climate! Just checking that aspect.
