Is it possible to never have another episode my whole life?

Hi guys. I hope you are well. I am 23 years old and live in Glasgow,Scotland. I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder.The diagnosis came about after three major depressive episodes and one hypomanic episode. I am now taking a mood stabiliser. If i avoid stress and take my medication is it possible to never have another episode my whole life?Or will i have recurrence of symptoms?Thanks for your time.Take care.
