Should i text him back right now?

this guy i randomly hookup with texted me and wanted to hang out tonight but i was busy so we made plans for tomorrow. he then asked me if i was sure i couldn't do anything tonight and i said i was sure. then he said "okay cya tomorrow". is it okay if i just leave it? or should i say cya? thank youuu :)
